Bath tub, clean glasses, mini bar, hair dryer, pencil and writing paper. Suite room has more value added than a nearby historical hotel. Proximity to Peoples Park, restaurants, accessible transport. Has strong wifi connection

I was looking for sprinkler system, i am not sure if there is any because what i saw is smoke detector. I had unpleasant experience with water supply. I was not able to use shower as water pressure was very low in a rushing morning for work. Lights were a bit dimmer that I cant read hard copies at night. Staff was not able to give timely feedback on query provided upon booking.

Me & my husband stayed for 2 days.

Me & my husband stayed for 2 days..on our first day was executive room no balcony..the room looks like standard room..then 2nd day we shifted to presidential roomroom was amazing ..but unfortunately there was a big cockroach.

It is my second stay in this hotel.

It is my second stay in this hotel. As per my previous booking, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Location was ideal, room was spacious and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast spread was great but lacked vegetarian choices. There was a road work going on just in front of the hotel - was a bit distracting.

The location of the hotel is what makes it standout.

The location of the hotel is what makes it standout. Right in the city-centre, near parks, malls, other hotels and easily accessible for guests. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The room is cozy, nice and clean. Housekeeping works hard to keep it that way everytime I leave the hotel for an appointment.

I just wish the rooms were a little bit bigger. Not that spacious especially when there are guests around.

Big and clean room..Food is okay especially their in house spanish sardines i have bought 3 bottles.

hot water system is bad had to wait nore than 5 minutes for nothing.we wasted a lot of water waiting for the hot water...
